The COVID-19 pandemic continues to provide challenging circumstances for us all. Our continued priority is the health of safety of ourselves, the team on our development sites, and the broader community.

As a future resident or investor of a Mulberry apartment, it is important for you to know that we are also committed to finalising your apartment with the same level of dedication to the quality that we strive to achieve in every Art Group development.

We have worked closely with our partners on-site, including Core Building Group, to implement and maintain all COVID-19 public health orders and as directed by ACT Health. With these practices in place, we have been notified that there were positive COVID-19 on-site at the Mulberry development last week. This has meant that the Mulberry site and all work has been shut down for at least two weeks.

The unpredictable nature of COVID-19 means that as the site reopens, we may see more positive cases on-site and in our community.

Based on the information above, we have assessed the development timeline and to ensure we are transparent and aim to give you as much time to plan as possible – our current timeline is now;

Pre-settlement inspections – following ACT Health and public health orders, inspections will begin to take place from Mid-November. You will be contacted directly in early November to set up a time.

Settlement – settlement will now likely be February 2022.
