We are excited to inform you that Mulberry project completion is just around the corner.

Art Group prides itself on delivering projects with the highest quality finish and has been working tirelessly to ensure your apartment is completed to our high standards.

We anticipate pre-settlement inspections will commence late January 2022. This is a little later than we would have hoped, however the project has experienced unprecedented delays with the COVID-19 related shutdowns in August/September and the wettest November on record for the ACT.

Pre-settlement process

We would like to formally introduce you to Lia Notaras who will be your contact and facilitate the pre-settlement inspection process.

You will be contacted in early January and advised of your allocated pre-settlement inspection date and time.

We expect unit settlement to take place in the weeks following your pre-settlement inspection. As such, we would recommend liaising with your lenders now to ensure sufficient time in organising any property valuations that may be required and finalise loan documentation ready for settlement. Please provide Lia’s contact details to your lender as the contact for access for your valuers.
