Art Group is proud to be changing the face of Canberra’s gateway boulevard through our award-winning Northbourne Precinct.

Our last two developments, Calypso & Vermillion, are well on their way to completion.

CALYPSO

Building is topped-out and structural slabs across all three buildings have been finalised. Effort is now turning inwards with the site set for an influx of activity.

With the three buildings close to being weather-proof we’re looking forward to progressing as scheduled. We’re excited to be working with Bloc as each unit continues to receive the care and attention expected from the Art Standard.

VERMILLION

Rising above the tree line on Northbourne Avenue, formwork and balustrades are completed up to level six across both buildings. With two floors left to go, structural completion is ahead of schedule and on-track.

Vermillion will be the final jewel in the crown of Art Group’s Northbourne Precinct. Construction is ahead of schedule, helping to minimise the impact of any challenges that may arise in the future.
