Inspections will commence as per the following schedule.

Please RSVP to Saraton Pty Ltd (Lia@saraton.com.au) within 5 days from receipt of you invite. Please include your unit number and best contact number within your email.

Should you be unable to attend your pre-settlement inspection within the inspection period, you WILL need to appoint a representative to undertake the pre-settlement inspection on your behalf. You can engage the services of a Building Inspector; or request your agent. Please discuss this option directly with Lia.

We anticipate calling for settlements in Mid-March. We will keep you updated with timing as we draw nearer to completion.
